Prague Travel Guide: Three or Four Unhurried Days in the City

How many days in Prague? We say three or four. Notes on wandering stone streets without rushing, a small celebration and a restaurant tip, not an ad.

Some cities are not explored with a list. Prague is one of them. We had never been, and we chose to wander and discover its streets without rushing. Add a small celebration and the result was a trip full of perfect moments.

How many days are enough in Prague?

Our answer is clear: three or four days is plenty. That time is not for “finishing” the city quickly but for slowing down. We watched the ordinary flow of the city, spent time inside history and it did us good.

What to see in Prague

Prague is the capital of Czechia on the Vltava River. Its historic centre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the city is nicknamed the city of a hundred spires. Well-known stops include Charles Bridge, Prague Castle on the hill above the river and the Old Town Square with its astronomical clock.

Getting lost in stone streets

For us Prague was a walking city, not a rush. We got lost in the stone streets and met a different story at every corner. The best part is having no schedule: turning into a street without knowing where it leads.

A small celebration

The trip had a celebration side, and the city blended with it to create perfect moments. We shared one in a more personal post. We marked Restaurant Mlynec as a location and wrote: “not an ad, a recommendation”. There is no payment or agreement behind it.

The trip took place in 2025, and we shared it in June 2026. Educated Moto Riders offers trips for those who would rather make such city getaways with a group.
